• analyse their patient's fitness in order to help them improve their health or maintain good health
• meet with new clients to assess their needs and develop a program for them
• assess the progress of existing clients undertaking an Exercise Physiology program
• work as part of a multidisciplinary team within a health care facility to ensure the program developed for a client complements their other therapies
• attend relevant professional development training to maintain currency of practice.
accreditation with Exercise and Sports Science Australia.
4 year undergraduate degree or Masters degree in Exercise Physiology. This qualification will require a clinical placement to complete the course.
